Volunteer for the Conference

We are looking to fill the following 2 roles. Volunteers will receive a free standard ticket to the 2024 conference.

Website Designer/Manager

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of keeping the website up to date. Including adding speakers, schedule, ticket sales, FAQ etc.

  • Showcasing previous years conferences on the website

  • Highlighting prominent guests and speakers from current and previous years.

Requirements:

  • Experience and high level of skill with SquareSpace websites

  • Be able to present images and videos on the website

  • Good communication (including high standard of written English)

  • Be able to dedicate around 1hr per week (occasionally more closer to the conference)

Social Media Content Creator

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly creating graphical content to post on Instagram LinkedIn and Mighty Networks.

  • Creating the written copy and hastags to go with the graphic for the posts.

  • Creating on average one post per week (sometimes fewer, sometimes more than one per week closer to the conference).

  • Highlighting speakers towards the run up to the conference.

  • Highlighting previous year’s conference (including prominent guests/speakers) towards the end of the year (Oct/Nov time)

Requirements:

  • Experience and high level of skill with Canva

  • Experience with social media

  • Good communication (including high standard of written English)

  • Be able to dedicate at least 1hr per week (occasionally more closer to the conference)
